Objectives:
The
goal of the Microsystems Technology Symposium is to convene
experts from across all aspects of Microsystems technology
to enhance the dialog on future research directions. |

CHECK-IN TIMES |
There will
be check-in from 5:30pm to 6:00pm each day starting on Sunday,
March 4th, and ending on Tuesday, March 6th. All speakers should
check-in on the day before their presentation. Check-in will
be held at the registration desk located on the 2nd floor of
the Fairmont Hotel San Jose. |
| SPEAKERS |
All speeches
will be invitation only. The following AV equipment will be
provided: LCD projector, wireless/wired microphone, laser pointer,
wireless slide advancer, confidence monitor. |
Prospective
speakers will be contacted by MTO to discuss the content of their
speeches.
**Please
Note: The Microsystems Technology Symposium is an open event. All
speeches must have public release approval prior to March 1. Please
see the Public Release section
below for details.
PUBLIC
RELEASE INFORMATION
All
speeches at the Symposium must be approved for public release prior
to March 1. The standards for this process are as follows:
- Speeches
related to or concerning any DARPA Program: use the standard DARPA
Public Release process.
- Speeches
concerning content or programs receiving the majority of their
funding from DOD sources: use the public release process specific
to the funding agency.
- Speeches
concerning content or programs receiving no government funding:
complete the acknowledgement of public display form.
- ALL SPEECH
SUBMISSIONS must be accompanied by a completed acknowledgement
of public display form (see link below).
*Please
indicate on the Public Display form whether or not you would
like your speech to be available for the conference attendees
on the website.
***ALL SPEECHES SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY SUBMITTED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE
PUBLIC RELEASE PROCESSES AS SOON AS THEY ARE APPROVED***
